Welcome to the Bloomfields Professional Horsebox – believed to be the safest way to travel horses! The horses are separated by means of a full height, grilled partition, head divider, two full height grilled access doors, eliminating the need for a breast bar. The professional comes fully padded with an over sized rear door and dual reinforced glass fibre and Coat-X coated wheel arch covers.

Bloomfields have designed and developed a slam locking system for the individual doors to each horse. Knowing some travellers can be difficult, this gives super easy exit and entry to the grooms area without needing to bend down in front of the horses. Our Double catch slam locks make shutting the doors effortless and safe.
As standard the Professional comes with our exquisite sliding partition. Indispensable for transporters and studs who carry mares and foals. Effortlessly glide the partition to the far wall with one hand and back to the centre point when required, meaning there is no need for more than one person to alter the stalls. On request we can also add fixing points for different stall widths for those who like to offer their horses a little extra space.
The Professional is available in 3.5T, 4T, 4.25T, 4.5T and 5T giving a payload of up to 1950kg. The Professional can also be built on a 4.7m wheelbase AL-KO chassis which removes the wheel arches from the horse area almost entirely, or allows for even longer stall lengths if required. The 4 opening windows and 2 polycarbonate roof vents give ample air circulation with a UK fan system included and European pack available upon request.
With safety in mind, the Professional has an over sized Central locking rear door for easy access with tack and water etc. The Rhino Safe Step is a chassis mounted rear step which makes stepping in and out of the horsebox safe and easy. The seamless under-sprung ramp gives a progressive lifting pivot meaning opening and closing the ramp is effortless. The half ramp with individual locking barn doors means you can leave one top door open at a show, whilst keeping your horse securely in the stall. Built by Professionals for Professionals

Strength Tested Bulkhead
The Bloomfields strength tested bulkhead is incorporated into all our models, safety as standard!
The Rhino Safe Step is a chassis mounted rear step which makes stepping in and out of the horsebox safe and easy. A bespoke design means that each Safe Step is set to the optimum height and complements the aesthetics of the vehicle. Anti-Slip plastic tread plates are covered in safety reflective tape as standard.
